(Dialogs between Sage Ashtavakra and King Janaka)
In
the following discourses, Brahmavid Sam Yogi explains word for word the
meaning of each of the "shlokas" in the first 19 chapters of Ashtavakra
Gita. The Gita comprises of a total of 20 chapters, including Chapter 18 with a hundred shlokas (these hundred hymns are the ultimate in non-dualistic discourse by Ashtavakra), and Chapters 19 and 20, where Janaka reflects on (Manana) and reiterates (Nididhyasana) what he has learned and why he is a Jeevan-Mukta (liberated in life).
